- Leshrac, Enchantress, Lifestealer, Weaver, Mirana, Sand King, and Earthshaker, since they use four limbs to move about, gain only half benefit from boots items (each boots item is a pair). Buying two of the same boots item will combine them into 'centaurish' versions, and give full benefit.

- Broodmother gains only 1/6th benefit from boots. Buying 4 boots items will combine them into a 'spiderish' version, giving full benefit.

- Enigma, Batrider, Bane, Puck, Lich, Viper, Dragon Knight (in dragon form), Jakiro, Razor, Morphling, Lina, Ancient Apparition, Spectre, Death Prophet, Slarder, Venomancer, and Outworld Destroyer now gain no benefit from boots, as they have no feet, or are floating.

- Flying heroes such as Jakiro, Dragon Knight (in dragon form), Viper, Batrider, Nightstalker during night-time, and Outworld Destroyer can now fly over trees, cliffs, and buildings.

- Vengeful Spirit, due to being immaterial, can now traverse through cliffs, buildings, and trees. Brewmasters ultimate spirits also gain this ability.

- Storm Spirit can no longer use his ultimate to pass through any object that does not conduct electricity, such as cliffs or buildings.

- Rikimarus smoke no longer silences, instead it gives a 70% miss chance on abilities and basic attacks to heroes who are standing inside it.

- Lycanthrope wolves can now be walked through.

- Doombringer now receives a prompt upon consuming a creep, asking if he wants that creeps abilities. Selecting no will leave your current creep abilities (or lack thereof) intact.

- Broodmother webs can now be destroyed by using a fire spell or effect within their radius, such as Linas Light Strike Array.

- Slows and stuns originating from a cold element now have no effect on heroes who are immune to cold, a good example of this would be Drow Rangers slow not affecting Ancient Apparition.

- Warlocks demons, summoned by his ultimate, are now immune to fire effects such as Linas spells.

- Beastmaster ultimate no longer stuns.

- Tinys physical and fire damage resistance now increases with each rank of his ultimate. Max rank gives 75% physical and fire damage reduction.

- Bloodseekers ultimate now has no effect on heroes who do not have blood, such as Tiny, Vengeful Spirit, Lich, Enigma, Storm Spirit, or Skeleton King.

- Creeps now have half the chance to trigger Axe's Counter Helix.

- All Blink abilities now share a cooldown. For example, you cannot use a blink dagger, then immediately Burrow Strike on Sand King.

- Venomancer plague wards are now destroyed in a set number of attacks, increasing with each level, as such: 1/1/2/3

- Razors Plasma Field can no longer extend through objects that do not conduct electricity, such as cliffs and buildings. Also, it now destroys trees.

- Razors ultimate can no longer attack buildings. Scepter upgrade changed to increase range, lower cooldown and mana cost.

- Chen can no longer convert creeps that cannot reason, such as wolves.

- Windrunners windrun will now only give evasion and a slow if she is moving.

- Windrunners shackleshot shackle radius has been reduced by 50%.

- Spirit Breakers Greater Bash has been changed from a 17% chance, to every 8 seconds. Every 1000 units travelled reduces this cooldown by 1 second.

- Stealthed heroes such as Rikimaru or Clinks, must remain close to a visible friendly hero or scenery object, such as a tree or rock, to retain their invisibility. This is only effective during daylight hours.

- Death Prophets spirits cannot damage buildings, due to them being ghosts and thus immaterial.

Ну здесь же вроде в новости о предстоящем обновлении писали, что нужно готовиться и наслаждаться последними днями игры, так как она потом очень сильно измениться! Или опять же врали.

неточная хотя бы потому что будет глупо ради полной скорости выкладывать 450*кол-во пар ног, а про шторма вообще шик-блеск написали, честно, сам бы не додумался "не летать через камни и другие объекты не проводящие электричество"
